Mr. Shaikh Kaiser is the Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Apex Capital Securities (Private) Limited, with over 25 years of professional experience in Pakistan’s capital markets and brokerage industry.
His areas of expertise include proprietary equity trading, retail client risk management, and portfolio management for high-net-worth clients. Over the course of his career, Mr. Kaiser has developed extensive experience in equity market operations, investment management, client risk assessment, and the management of trading portfolios.
Prior to joining Apex Capital Securities, Mr. Kaiser served as a Director of Fortune Securities from 1999 to 2007, where he was involved in the firm’s operations and capital market activities.
His extensive industry experience and understanding of equity markets contribute to the strategic direction, risk management framework, and overall management of Apex Capital Securities.
- Shaikh Moeiz Amjad
Mr. Sheikh Moeiz Amjad is the Director of Apex Capital Securities Private Limited. He has over 25 years of experience in the automobile and construction sectors. Mr. Moiez is an MBA and is currently the Director of Honda Shahrah-e-Faisal and Honda Defence. Mr. Moeiz is also a Developer and has several construction projects ongoing in different areas of Karachi.

Shehzeen Kaiser is a highly motivated and talented individual fulfilling her role as the director of Apex Capital Securities. Despite the challenges of balancing personal and professional responsibilities, Shehzeen manages to excel in both areas, showcasing her determination, efficiency, and excellent time management skills. As the Director of Apex Capital Securities, Shehzeen oversees the operations and strategic direction of the company, ensuring it remains competitive and compliant with industry regulations. Shehzeen’s leadership qualities and decision-making abilities have played a vital role in pushing Apex Capital Securities to new heights.
- Shaikh Umer
Mr. Shaikh Umer has been with the company since 2019 and Heads the Compliance . He has vast experience in Equity markets operations and his role covers correspondence with regulators on legal matters, formulating of various policies and procedures, handling risk management at both company and customer level, and conducting due diligence.
Before joining ACS, Shaikh Umer served as Equity Dealer for about 8 years in Fortune Securities (Pvt) Limited
